I saw a tweet the other day that said, “If Satan isn’t fighting against you, maybe it’s because he is walking with you.”
That’s a scary thought, right?
God protects those who remain close to Him. Since Satan is a master manipulator, we don’t always see the negative consequences that can come with our decisions.
And no wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.” -2 Corinthians 11:14
Satan might be the only “person” that would be a good enemy to have. The further we slip away from God, the more vulnerable we become to sin… so for Satan to fight against us, we must be leaning on the side of God.
“I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.” -John 10:28
