Arena Premium Training includes:
– Two 3 day onsite visits—Trainer expenses are covered
– First onsite visit is called Discovery
– Second Onsite visit is called End User Training
Discovery Visit
- One day of Arena Administrator Training
- 2 Days of Discovery (2 methods)
-The Arena Trainer conducts the ministry interviews for each ministry area.
-The Church Arena Administrator conducts the ministry interviews and consults with the Arena Trainer for the two days onsite.
- Discovery allows the Arena Trainer to understand the ministry of the Church and then make recommendations for Arena setup.
End User Training Visit
- Customized to meet your staff needs.
-We can train your staff.
-We can train your staff trainer who will then train your staff.
- Hands-on training is recommended.
- Training can be function-based so that staff do not have to attend the entire training session.
