Participants earn one (1) CPE for every fifty (50) contact minutes completed.
Submitting CPE Request
Complete the Certificate Application Form including the following information:
- Full legal name and mailing address
- Organization name
- E-mail address
- Training session location
- Dates of training received
- Name of training instructor
- Initials signed by training instructor
- Total number of hours claimed

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
