Bio:
In 1993 Carmen was called to ministry as the Director of Volunteer Efforts for a local missions organization. Following that, she joined her local church as the Church Database Administrator which provided Carmen the opportunity to become an expert Shelby Systems user. This experience allowed her to become a Shelby Trainer in 2000. Carmen currently trains at the Consultant Level.
